1. Returns

  • Eligibility: We accept returns for most items within 4 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.

  • Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges
